One of the most common questions we get is where the recording takes place. TVC is pleased to bring you “Reels on Wheels,” a mobile recording program that brings the LOUD! straight to your door. You provide the space (and Jello shots, if you’re so inclined). We’ll bring the mics, cables, headphones, mojo filters, majik-makers, and the various other implements of awesome we’ll need to lay down your slammin’ vocals.
“Are we sacrificing quality if we’re not in a ‘real’ studio?” (That’s usually the follow-up question, although some people just want to know if they can bring their pet llama to the session.) The answer is an emphatic NO – in fact, it can actually improve the end product. First of all, selecting a creative recording space can make for some special (and all-natural) acoustics effects, and can help distinguish your sound from everyone else’s. More importantly, you’ll be in your comfort zone – and our hypnotic voodoo vocal coaching techniques – will be that much more effective.
